Banquet hall
Golden Leaf Banquet
The flagship banquet hall, with décor, catering and cake from our own houses.
About the group
From a décor house in 1995 to a family of celebration brands
One group answering for the venue, the décor, the food and the cake, so nothing falls between suppliers.
Our story
Thakkar Stardom began with Thakkar Decorators in 1995: a Mumbai décor house known for turning ordinary spaces into breathtaking celebrations.
Over three decades the work grew from mandaps and stages into a full celebration group: Golden Leaf Banquet on Link Road in Malad West as the flagship venue, Green Leaf Foods in the kitchen, Baker's Bae for cakes and desserts, and Vishal Hall in Andheri East and KRC Lawn & Banquet in Kandivali West as venues.
Today the group designs weddings and celebrations for Mumbai families, hosts celebrity evenings, and builds large public and government events on its own superstructures.
How we work
From mood board to finished floor
Every project starts with a custom floor plan built around the client's vision, developed in 2D and 3D under an in-house Art Director, then delivered by our own décor, kitchen and patisserie teams.
01Craft
Would it reward a second, closer look? Every stage, plate and cake is held to that.
02Dependability
On time, on budget, standing up to crowds and weather, from a family lunch to 50,000 guests.
03Warmth
The sense that real people cared about the day, because the same team stays with you throughout.
