Most planners coordinate suppliers. We are the suppliers: venue, décor, food and cake, run by one group.
A wedding planner is only as good as the vendors they can control. Thakkar Stardom plans weddings with its own venues, its own décor house, its own kitchen and its own patisserie, so nothing falls between suppliers and every promise has one owner.
We start with a mood board and a floor plan, developed in 2D and 3D by an in-house Art Director, then build the menu, the stage and the cake around it. Your family stays guests at their own wedding.

Do you plan weddings at venues you do not own?
Yes. Thakkar Decorators and Green Leaf Foods work at hotels, lawns and destination venues across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
When should we start planning?
Ideally three to six months ahead for peak-season dates. Shorter timelines are often possible, so send your dates and we will tell you what we can do.
Can we see design concepts before booking?
Yes. Share your mood board and we will propose a concept and floor plan.
